Our Mission
Our Mission is to provide a reliable and reasonably priced natural gas, water, optical fiber and sewage services in
the Balkans, to deliver high value to our customers and communities, shareholders and employees; to assist in economic development.
 
Our Goal
Our goal is to become a leading utility company in the Balkans. To achieve that, we shall concentrate on better
understanding of our customers’ needs and on investing into projects that will meet those needs.

The Company
MDSE Ltd (Municipal Developments South-east Europe). The Company is oriented toward Joint activity with municipalities with an aim of maximizing a number of consumers; the Company is geographically focused on the Balkan region.

The Business
The main activities of MDSE. are the development of communal infrastructures and supply of corresponding services for industry and households. The development is jointly done with local municipalities, MDSE.’s obligation is to develop, finance and operate.
The development includes construction of sewerage including respective services, construction of gas and water supply networks together with distribution of the same to households and other consumers and installation of an optical fiber cable for telecommunication services.
